・レモン汁 35～40ｇ（約1個分）
・ホワイトチョコレート 100ｇ
・牛乳 100ｇ
・生クリーム 120ｇ
・グラニュー糖（生クリーム用） 10ｇ
・バニラエッセンス 5滴

・1 oz (1/6 cup) granulated sugar
・1.2-1.4 oz (2.5 Tbsp.)lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
・3.5 oz white chocolate
・3.5 oz (2/5 cup) milk
・4.2 oz (1/2 cup) heavy cream
・4/5 Tbsp. granulated sugar (for heavy cream)
・5 drops of vanilla essence
